Eduzone Student Completion Ceremony 2026

On 9 August 2026, Colombo YMBA's headquarters in Borella hosted the Eduzone Student Completion Ceremony, recognising the Bhikkhus, youth and students who completed a Diploma, Certificate or Workshop through continuous assessment and practical evaluation over the past intake.

Eduzone's programmes ask more of participants than attendance alone. Every completion certificate reflects a minimum standard of attendance, submitted homework, and a passing result in practical evaluations - the same requirements set out in the Student Conduct guidelines from day one.

Why a ceremony, not just a certificate by post

A free programme can still mark a real achievement, and Eduzone treats the completion ceremony as part of that: a public moment where Venerable Bhikkhus, family members and fellow students see the work recognised in person, at the same Colombo YMBA premises where the classes were held.

• Certificates presented in person by Colombo YMBA leadership
• Recognition across Diploma, Certificate and Workshop tracks
• Open to family and guests of graduating participants

Registration for the next intake of Diplomas and Certificates is open now. If you have been considering applying, this is a good time to start - seats are limited and reviewed individually, so an early application gives you the most flexibility on scheduling.
